Majonen has always enjoyed debates and arguing. He is able to bring new perspectives to discussions and listens calmly to the other side’s reasoning. He expects his opponents to present arguments based on facts and logic rather than emotional outbursts.

Majonen has also complited the National Board of Education’s national final exam in oral communication skills with honors. The exam consisted of sections on group and individual communication. He received honors in both sections.

Majonen has also organized several competitions and, when he was younger, ran a number of role-playing games. While running role-playing games, he learned to design clearer guidelines and rules. Role-playing games are likely a thing of the past, but competitions are not out of the question in the future. He is also open to the possibility of organizing a competition in collaboration with an association or organization.
