Introduction

L. L. Majonen on suomalainen kirjoittaja, filosofi, valokuvaaja, ryhmänjohtaja ja entinen taloustietokilpailu Talousgurun finalisti. Hänet tunnetaan myös nimellä Lukas Majonen.

Majonen on toiminut partiossa yli 12 vuotta ja johtanut useita ryhmiä. Hän on osallistunut retkien, yöretkien, leirien ja muiden tapahtumien järjestämiseen. Hän on myös suorittanut johtamiskoulutuksia ja opiskellut ryhmiin ja johtamiseen liittyvää psykologiaa.

Majonen on ollut paljon tekemisissä lasten ja nuorten kanssa ja on kehittänyt useita tehokkaita opetusmenetelmiä. Hänet on tunnettu partiossa rauhallisena, mutta tehokkaana johtajana. Hän tykkää jutella lasten ja nuorten kanssa myös kahden kesken ja on hoitanut viestintää huoltajien kanssa vuosia.

The competition was organized by Finanssiala ry, HYOL, and FINE Insurance and Financial Counseling, with support from Kappalehti, NYT, the Association of Economic Journalists, and the Finnish Upper Secondary School Students’ Union.

Majonen has always enjoyed debates and arguing. He is able to bring new perspectives to discussions and listens calmly to the other side’s reasoning. He expects his opponents to present arguments based on facts and logic rather than emotional outbursts.

Majonen has also complited the National Board of Education’s national final exam in oral communication skills with honors. The exam consisted of sections on group and individual communication. He received honors in both sections.

Majonen has also organized several competitions and, when he was younger, ran a number of role-playing games. While running role-playing games, he learned to design clearer guidelines and rules. Role-playing games are likely a thing of the past, but competitions are not out of the question in the future. He is also open to the possibility of organizing a competition in collaboration with an association or organization.
